CCD Registration 24-25
Please fill out one of the forms below and bring it to class along with your book fee. Be sure to print clearly on the forms to avoid any confusion in the office. Sunday Classes begin at 10 am on Sept. 1, and Wednesday classes begin September 4 at 4pm.
